2019 Monterey County Pinot Noir
Ruby red and bursting with fruit on the nose and palate. Hints of white pepper, rose petal, raspberry, and a subtle touch of Monterey Bay salinity.
James MacPhail's Notes
The warm sun, cool fog, and complex soil composition in Monterey County makes it ideal for growing quality Pinot Noir grapes. The defining characteristic of the 2019 vintage of our Monterey Pinot is balance, with flavor and structure that complement each other to make a truly elegant and food-friendly wine. I love pairing this wine with a simple, but delicious Margherita pizza.
