    Tasting Notes

Aromas of blackberry and spice layered with fresh earth and a touch of vanilla. On the palate are ripe sweet berry fruit notes of strawberry, blackberry, Rainier cherry and a hint of cassis tempered by white pepper and earthy layers. The well integrated, silky tannins carry the delicate spices and red fruit through a lingering finish.

    Production Notes

Grapes were hand-picked, hand-sorted, and gently crushed. They underwent a seven-day cold soak followed by fermentation with a combination of punch-down and pump-over maceration techniques to enhance flavor extraction.
